How to hang
your mirror

How to hang a mirror
All mirrors by Yarbough Design have hanging wire or brackets built into the back of the mirror. No matter what the weight of your mirror you should always use a wall hanger that is rated for a heavier weight than what you are hanging. Below are different types of hangers that we recommend for hanging our mirrors.

OOKTremorHanger

OOKŪ 30lbs Tremor Hanger
OOK Tremor Hangers are the best way to make sure the mirror won't be tipped off the hanger in any setting, especially Tremors. Will Hold up to 30 lbs.

OOK Tremor hangers have a clip that you slide the wire into when hanging up the mirror. The clip holds the artwork securely to the wall so no kid or earthquake tremor will knock the painting down.

Made with Blue Steel Nails with Brass Collar for reuse, special Center of Gravity Nail Guides eliminates "play" in the wall.

Elite Safety Picture Hanger 75 Lb.

• Easy to install

• Brass finish

• Supports up to 75 pounds

WaferHexSocketCapFurnitureScrew

Wafer Hex Socket Cap Screw (Furniture Screw)
These screws are what we recommend for heavier mirrors
when you can screw it into a stud at your desired location. They can be bought at any local hardware or building supply store.

drywallplug

Drywall Plug
Drywall plugs come in many shapes and weight ratings. They are good for locations where a stud isn't present where you want the mirror to hang. Be sure to use a screw with a large head to help prevent the wire from jumping off the screw.
